✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 4 to 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • Return is applicable only for non-perishable items (e.g., decor, handmade accessories, skincare products). Perishable goods (e.g., food items) are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discount Sale items cannot be refunded.

🚚 Return Process

  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during return transit.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be Returned. Discount Sale items cannot be Returned.

🔁 Refunds & Replacements

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.

  • Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If applicable, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
